What is Pics Plus?
Pics Plus is an add-on service to provide discounts, special products and long-term storage for school photos. It's offered as part of the checkout flow for GeskusPrint.com.
Why is there a charge on my card for Pics Plus?
You signed up for Pics Plus during checkout while ordering school photos on GeskusPrint.com around October 2024.
Why is my card charged on or around August 1, 2025?
This is your regular billing date for the Pics Plus service based on your original signup date.
Why do I see a refund from a few days later?
Even though you signed up for this service as part of our trial program during October 2024, we weren't satisfied with the opt-in mechanism and chose to refund all customers to ensure that all users who intended to sign up for Pics Plus did sign up for Pics Plus and any of those who did not were refunded. We refunded all customers who signed up during October 2024.
What is the future of Pics Plus?
Pics Plus will be offered again in the Fall of 2025, with updated offers and features.
